Amy Barrett

Amy originally hails from the UK and moved to Whistler two years ago to pursue the mountain dream. Amy started her apprenticeship in the UK in 2019, in both Body Piercing and Tattooing. She completed her certificate in Professional Body Piercing at the UK Academy of Body Piercing. Amy then continued to further study in the field once she moved to Canada, gaining a second certification and a short apprenticeship at The Tattooing and Piercing School of Canada. When Amy is not practicing her craft, she is also a keen Mountain Biker, Artist, and Singer.

Amy operates under her business name 'Toxic Possum', named after a combination of her love of all things dark and horror, and cute troublesome marsupials. Amy is a passionate piercer, who uses only the highest quality equipment for the job. She is available for walk-ins and is also happy to take bookings.
